The Leadership and Management Division of APWA-NC invites you to attend our 2019 conference, July 31 to August 2, back at the Hyatt Place Asheville Downtown. The location of the hotel on Haywood Street in the downtown district puts us within steps of restaurants, shops, art, people watching, and that distinctive Asheville vibe. A hotel that is only three years old with incredible views makes this an event you do not want to miss.

A great lineup of interesting and informative learning opportunities is planned that is sure to fit your needs in your role as a leader. Topics range from engineering practice to personnel management to our high tech future – all issues you face in the public works field. We encourage you to bring your next potential leader to this conference for group mentoring, networking, and insight on current and future issues in public works.

As usual, we will mix in entertainment with education. A golf outing hosted by LaBella, an exhibitor reception, two evenings of entertainment, the Montford Rooftop Bar, and that quick and easy walk to downtown Asheville will make for a great experience. Conference Partnership opportunities are open and available for registration at this time. 2019 brings an exciting new range of partnership opportunities to even further recognize and highlight your company’s support of this important and well-attended annual event:

Platinum Level Partners - $2,000

Platinum level partners are recognized as the premier conference partners. Platinum partners will receive preferred exhibitor space, up to three conference registrations, corporate names/logos in large scale at the top of each partner banner throughout the conference, listing in the conference program and special recognition by name at dinner and during entertainment.

Gold Level Partners - $1,000

Gold level partners are also recognized as a leading partner of the conference. Gold partners will receive premier exhibitor space, up to two conference registrations, their corporate names/logos on each partner banner throughout the conference, and listing in the conference program.

Silver Level Partners - $750

Silver level partners are integral to a successful conference and will receive an assigned exhibitor space if available and one conference registration. Silver level partners will also see their corporate names/logos on partner banners at a size just below that of the Platinum and Gold level partners and in the conference program.

Bronze Level Partners - $500

Bronze level partnership allows your company to be recognized as a key supporter. Bronze level partners will receive one conference registration and their corporate names/logos on partner banners, at a smaller scale, below the more prominent Platinum, Gold and Silver level partners, and in the conference program.

This year we are excited to present additional opportunities to those that commit to being a conference partner. This is a unique way to support LMD and promote your business even further.

  • Lunch Partnership - $750 (1 opportunity available)

All levels of partners will be listed within the final conference program with special emphasis upon the Platinum and Gold level partners. Gold and Platinum sponsors may choose to list special Wednesday night events in conference trifold with Company recognition.
