Conference Partnership Opportunities
Conference Partnership opportunities are open and available for registration at this time. We are offering an exciting range of Partnership levels to recognize and promote your company’s support of this important and well-attended annual event. There are additional special opportunities for sponsorship such as social activities, pre and post Past Presidents Lunch social, and Food Bank donation. Please call if you are interested.
**** Platinum Level Partnerships - $3,000 and above (includes 3 full registrations & 1 exhibitor booth) Platinum level partnerships will be recognized as the premier conference supporters. Platinum Partners will receive preferred exhibitor space, up to three conference registrations, their corporate logo at the top of each Partners board throughout the conference, special recognition by name at the conference, and special platinum only Partner boards placed within the lunch, break, and social areas of the conference.
*** Gold Level Partnerships - $2,000 and above(includes 2 full registrations & 1 exhibitor booth) Gold level Partnerships are also recognized as leading supporters of the conference and will receive a prime exhibitor space, up to two conference registrations and their corporate logos on integrated Partner boards at a secondary level and size just below the Platinum level partnerships.
++++ Past Presidents’ Lunch Partnership – $250/Table ++++
Platinum and Gold Level Partners can reserve a table at the Past Presidents’ Lunch. Table partnerships will include signage with corporate name, an attendee list before the conference so you can invite guests to join you at your table, and special recognition during the Past Presidents’ Lunch.
** Silver Level Partnerships - $1,000 and above (includes 1 conference registration & 1 exhibitor booth) Silver level partnerships are integral to a successful conference and will receive one conference Registration, a booth space and their corporate logos just below the more prominent gold level Partnerships.
* Bronze Level Partnerships - $750 (includes 1 conference registration) Bronze level Partnerships provide your company an opportunity to be recognized as a valued conference supporters at a modest contribution level. Bronze level Partners receive one conference registration along with their corporate logos on the integrated Partners boards.
++++ Putt-Putt Challenge – $250/hole ++++
The Young Professionals are coordinating a 9-hole Putt-Putt challenge to support the local Food Bank. The YPs will purchase food using money from the hole partnerships and assist partners to construct a 9-hole Putt-Putt course. Hole partners are encouraged to bring additional non-perishable foods. Hole partnership will include signage with corporate name.
All Conference Partners will be shown within the conference program with special emphasis and recognition for Platinum and Gold level partnerships. All Partnership levels represent a tremendous value and opportunity to get your company’s name in front of existing and potential clients within North Carolina and the southeast region.
If your plans change and you cannot attend an event, a colleague can attend in your place as these registrations are transferrable – please contact the event coordinator for details. Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the event start date.
An APWA Member/Attendee will receive a full refund, less a $20 administrative fee. Conference Partners who cannot attend an event will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for “no-shows”. Non-attendance does not excuse the participant’s financial obligation to pay the registration fees due to APWA- NC. Approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible. Please send your cancellation and/or refund request to the event coordinator.
All Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee as outlined above. Any refund request submitted after the seven (7) day window may be brought to the Executive Board at the next regularly scheduled meeting for consideration.
