Partner Sponsorships for Stormwater in the C ....

Description :

Stormwater in the Cloud Sponsorship

We are disappointed to share the news that the annual NC APWA Stormwater Management Conference has been canceled this year due to the on-going COVID crisis .  While we won’t be meeting in person, we will be hosting three shorter virtual sessions aimed at delivering the same quality educational content that has been a staple of the in-person conferences for so many years.  We have affectionately named these sessions as Stormwater in the Cloud.  As part of hosting these virtual sessions we are seeking the support of great partners just as in years past.  However, unlike in years past, only one level of partners will be available and partners will be included in all three sessions for $300.  As a partner your company name and logo will be highlighted at the beginning and end of each session and in strategic times throughout the sessions.  If interested or should you have any questions please contact me at  Also, included below is more information regarding the three Stormwater in the Cloud sessions.  We sincerely appreciate all of your previous support that has resulted in the continued success of our annual stormwater conference and we look forward to your support in making the first ever Stormwater in the Cloud sessions a thundering success.

We are pleased to present our upcoming Stormwater in the Cloud that will include three (3) virtual sessions on October 14th, October 28th and November 18th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  These sessions will provide attendees the opportunity to obtain 0.3 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or 3 Professional Development Hours (PDHs).

  • October 14th Session - Water Quality - This session will focus on stormwater quality with presentations from a municipality, consultants and vendor each with a different stormwater quality focus.  This session will also feature Dr. Bill Hunt from NC State who will give an update on their research and their continued pursuit of improving stormwater quality.
  • October 28th Session - Programs - This session will focus on municipal stormwater programs with topics ranging from adapting to COVID crisis to how to ensure stormwater control measure are built correctly.   This session will also feature Annette Lucas from NCDEQ who will give her annual North Carolina stormwater state of the union address.
