All booth spaces and equipment will be INDOORS and our booths will be 10’ x 10’, with a 6’ table and chair for $800. Additional 10’x10’ booths are available for an additional $450. Exhibitors MUST ensure they purchase the appropriate booth size to accommodate the size equipment they are bringing. Set up for exhibitors with equipment will be on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Set up for ALL other exhibitors (not bringing equipment) will be Tuesday, October 12, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, October 13, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. All exhibits will need to be removed by Thursday, October 14 between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

If paid online, a copy of the receipt of payment along with the registration form must still be returned to Gilbert English: Payment and registration must be returned no later than Friday, Sept. 17, 2021. Additional administration fee of $100 will be added to anyone submitting registration after Sept. 17th.

Exhibitor Fees

  • $800 = ONE booth space (10’ x 10’) which includes: ONE (1) table (6’ x 2.5’), ONE (1) conference registration with meal and attitude adjustment tickets (if more than 1 person attends an additional $185 per person will be charged); Exhibitor recognition lunch.

  • $1250 = TWO booth spaces which includes: ONE( 1) table (6’ x 2.5’), TWO (2) conference registrations with meals and attitude adjustment tickets (if more than 2 people attend, an additional $185 per person will be charged); Exhibitor  recognition lunch.

  • $2150 = FOUR booth spaces which includes: ONE( 1) table (6’ x 2.5’), THREE (3) conference registrations with meals and attitude adjustment tickets (if more than 3 people attend, an additional $185 per person will be charged); Exhibitor recognition lunch.

  • $3050 = SIX booth spaces which includes: ONE( 1) table (6’ x 2.5’), FOUR (4) conference registrations with meals and attitude adjustment tickets (if more than 4 people attend, an additional $185 per person will be charged); Exhibitor recognition lunch.

  • $450 = Additional Booth Space
