Description :Join us for the APWA-NC Technology Board 2021 Drone Workshop! The event will feature a variety of speakers sharing their insight into leveraging drone technology for public works projects and beyond. We will also discuss the FAA's new drone rules that went into effect earlier this year. Morning presentations will be followed by a catered lunch. The afternoon will feature live demonstrations in the Dix Park flying field. See attached file for list of presentations. ***Please note: all State and local guidance regarding COVID-19 protocols will be followed during the event. The City of Raleigh is currently requiring face covering use in indoor spaces. Masks will be required to attend.*** |
