2022 APWA-NC Stormwater Management Division Conference

Thank you for your interest in 2022 APWA-NC Stormwater Management Division (SMD) Conference! We are excited to see you at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, NC September 18-20, 2022.

All partnership levels represent a tremendous value and opportunity to get your company’s name in front of existing and potential clients within North Carolina and the southeast region. We are pleased this year to be able to offer partnership opportunities directly adjacent to conference sessions and events to give partners maximum exposure to conference attendees. Conference partnership opportunities are now open!

Registration:

The attached form should be completed and submitted to Matt Gustis via email (Matt.Gustis@charlottenc.gov). Please note: The attached form needs to be completed regardless of method of payment or your registration will not be complete.

Important Details: 

Registrations and/or payment received after August 12th, 2022 will not be assured recognition as a partner on printed materials. Partners who register before August 12, 2022 will be shown within the conference program, with special emphasis and recognition for platinum and gold-level partners.

All partners will be recognized on electronically displayed partner information at periodic times throughout the conference. 

A partnership summary listing with corporate logos and contact information will also be provided for conference participants.

Exhibitor space is based on availability and includes a six-foot table with floor display space behind the table, chairs, and power upon request (details subject to change based on space limitations).

More details will be shared as we get closer to the conference date.
