The theme of the conference is "All Hands on Deck." The conference will be March 14th-March 16th (Tuesday-Thursday) and have 2 educational tracks and provide attendees with an opportunity to learn a lot and network.

Highlights of the conference will include kickoff on Tuesday, with a day full of sessions and time to visit with partners. An evening for family/vendor time, great food and entertainment. and allow time to simply socialize with others. Speakers will represent different technical topics, leadership, and work place issues, as well as someone from the national level, and roundtable discussions. Concurrent sessions will be focused on personal development, career planning, and technical topics in Public Works. Wednesday evening will be a time to celebrate our Past Presidents with a special dinner and awards and entertainment.

The conference will adjourn on Thursday with a business lunch where donations collected during the conference were presented our local charity. In addition to the items collected and monetary donations, any food left over from meals throughout the conference will also donated. What a great way for APWA-NC to have a positive influence in the Concord area during our conference.
