2023 FACILITIES & GROUNDS DIVISION ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Your company is invited to participate as a “PARTNER” of the Annual Conference of the Facilities and Grounds

Division of the American Public Works Association, North Carolina Chapter (APWA-NC). The Conference will be held May 10 – May 12, 2023, at the Embassy Suites in Wilmington, NC.We have set three different levels for partnership with additional sponsorship opportunities. Partners are encouraged to provide door prize(s) to be given away throughout the conference.

Platinum Level Partner - $1,200.00

• Receives all Gold Level benefits
• One additional conference registration at NO COST
• 1st choice of booth location
• Presentation at lunch (up to 3 minutes long)

Gold Level Partner - $900.00

• Receives all Silver Level benefits
• Partner material in the Registration Package
• 1st choice of booth location after Platinum Level Partners

Silver: $600.00

• Exhibitor booth space
• One conference registration
• Corporate logo at event (Banner Signage)
• Corporate logo on looping overhead projector in-between sessions
• Verbal recognition at conference
• 1st choice of booth location after Gold Level Partners

Refreshments and Meals Partners (Does not include booth or conference registration)

• Corporate logo at event (Banner Signage)
• Corporate logo on looping overhead projector during lunch
• Verbal recognition at conference

• Break Sponsor - $500.00
• Opening Reception Partner - $1,000.00
• Lunch Partner - $1,500.00
• Banquet Reception Partner - $1,000.00
• Banquet Partner - $2,500.00

Each exhibitor space is approximately 8’ x 10’. Tables and chairs will be provided. Outdoor booth space will be available upon request. Booth spaces are available on a “first come, first served” basis based upon the selected Partner level.

To increase exposure for your company, there will be a formal introduction of our Partners on Thursday morning. During this time, we will recognize your representative(s) and make a brief statement about your products and/or services.

Partner attendees are permitted to attend all technical sessions. Each additional representative is $200.00, except as noted above.

Conference participants are encouraged to explore each Partner booth. Door prizes donated by Partners will be awarded during breaks between technical sessions.
