BASIC INFORMATION
Exhibitors
Booth space is 8'x10', with a table, skirt and two chairs. Equipment exhibit space is 10’x 20’ with a table, skirt and two chairs. Set up for exhibitors will begin on Sunday, June 12, 2011 at 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Monday, June 13.
Space will be reserved upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment on a “first come, first served” basis. All exhibits will need to be removed by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 14.
With each exhibit space registration you will receive ONE full conference registration for ONE person that includes all meals and events on the program.
Sponsors
The APWA-NC solicits sponsors for activities (such as breaks, meals, receptions, etc.) associated with the Annual Conference and Equipment Show that are allowable under North Carolina Statutes. If you would like to be a sponsor “supporter” by way of a monetary donation, your company will receive special recognition and thanks during our program.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Platinum Level: $2500.00 and above
- Gold Level: $1200.00 - $2499.00
- Silver Level: $500.00 - $1199.00
- Bronze Level: $150.00 - $499.00
Any amount is welcome, and we will apply your sponsor amount to either the function of your choice or to be used as needed, as designated by you. The registration form has a space for you to indicate how APWA-NC should apply your sponsorship. The events that can be sponsored on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday are:

For every sponsor amount of $500, you will receive
ONE full conference registration for
ONE person that includes all meals and events on the program. (Example $1000.00 equals
two full conference registrations.)
